If I want to give or sell this to another Total Wireless customer, would they be able to add it to their account via IMEI online with no problem? Or will the lack of original activation pose a problem (keeping it locked to that number in some way for instance)

In the past I bought some cheap Total Wireless branded pixels from Target. There was no service plan included. I was able to activate them using Tracfone BYOD sims in sequence to start the 60 day clock and then later sold the phones.
