I used to pop these like tic tacs, I highly recommend supplementing your diet with anti inflammatory food (been following Dr Hyman more recently). This has helped me to where I havent needed to pop a pain killer in months (plus this can make your stomach bleed a fractional amount). "Foundation training" on youtube is a free resource to lots of great exercises for back and neck. Treat the problem, not the symptom and get ahead of your health 💪

Edit: I recently had very high bilirubin levels from painkillers and unregulated preworkouts from 10 years ago (bilirubin = byproduct/liver waste which means my liver can't keep up with all the sh!t I throw at it as the general American diet which is bad/cheap dwarf wheat / bad oils / list goes on) so I've been able to detox and get it back down with Glycine / Calcium D Glucarate / Milk Thistle / teas in very little time. All natty baby - our healthcare system is rough. The meds they used to prescribe for fatty liver disease actually caused liver cancer (the irony) in many. I'm sure they've gotten better, but I generally try to stay away from meds if possible because of the bad side effects my family has seen (and myself, first hand).

Yes, it is all ibuprofen. Only difference is the name on the package.

I've been happy with the Kirkland Signature 2x500 packs of Ibuprofen. No reactions or side effects with me. Goes on sale a few times a year for $8 or so for the 1000 pills. Actually have a container of it sitting 2 feet from me after some work I did in the garage yesterday.

I had the same. Went to chiropractor around 12 times and migrate is gone.

Try it.

Motrin actually came before Advil as a PMS relief pill...

Despite these being available without a prescription, ibuprofen has significant risks with it, including ulcers, kidney disease, and cumulative risk for increasing heart disease. These should be used with caution

source: years of taking care of patients suffering the above complications

Apparently I was thumbed down by people who don't know the history of Vitamin M in the military. Big Grin

(For the uninitiated, they hand out 800mg Motrin like candy -- I took 3-4 day one time for about 2-3 months after injuring my foot. That was their solution for what was probably a ligament tear. Probably did some damage to my liver and/or kidneys.)
