NES and Atari sets will go up in value over time for sure. I personally would prefer to put money into nvidia shares or VOO, but to each their own.
- Buy the new Atari 2600+ and you an use all your old cartridges with HDMI plug & play. As well as the all the new cartridges Atari is selling-

For this price though, LEGO would have a killer set if it actually played cartridges. Instead, you pay $150 for something that resembles something that played cartridges 40 years ago.
If Lego and Atari could figure out a raspberry pi emulator for this, it would be really really really cool.
