These sell for $1.74 each at Walmart.com. With 15% S&S, you'll pay less than $1/each.

We use the Hot Pepper suet in our front yard to mitigate squirrel damage to the feeders. Not all birds will eat hot pepper suet, and your birds may take a few weeks to adjust to it (ours didn't touch the suet for a good 2 weeks when we switched from Peanut Butter flavor).

Birds in my area would tear apart a suet cake in less than a day back in spring and early summer. They've not been eating it as much lately. Took them a week to finish the last one.
