I used SideQuest to locate the files that were being downloaded (location - /sdcard/Android/obb/com.PeopleCanFly.Thunder).
At the moment the download completed, I started copying the files. Coincidence or not, this time the game installed.

Anyone have issues installing?
I bought it, it downloads, then instead of saying "installing" when the download completes, it changes back to asking me to install.
I'm trying to find an answer before I open a ticket with Meta, because they will just tell me to do a factory reset.
I have tried powering off and on, restarting, logging out of the app and back in. No luck yet.
