I just purchased and started playing this game and it is a lot of fun. THe recent patches fixed most of the problems it had at launch. THe graphics are really good and the swearing is back in the game like the original. It is a real bargain at $20.

I just purchased and started playing this game and it is a lot of fun. THe recent patches fixed most of the problems it had at launch. THe graphics are really good and the swearing is back in the game like the original. It is a real bargain at $20.

This game is much, much better than it was at release. Pretty fun now and easily worth $20, in my opinion.

I remember playing the game more than 10 years ago and it was pretty fun at the time as a non-VR game. I didn't know about this VR version.

Edit - I got it installed.
I used SideQuest to locate the files that were being downloaded (location - /sdcard/Android/obb/com.PeopleCanFly.Thunder).
At the moment the download completed, I started copying the files. Coincidence or not, this time the game installed.
Original post follows:
Anyone have issues installing?
I bought it, it downloads, then instead of saying "installing" when the download completes, it changes back to asking me to install.
I'm trying to find an answer before I open a ticket with Meta, because they will just tell me to do a factory reset.
I have tried powering off and on, restarting, logging out of the app and back in. No luck yet.

Played it 10 plus years ago and it was good for the time. I'm 2024 this game should be considered great with all the garbage out now.
