I'm a professional photographer and have done hundreds of prints at Walgreens over the past decade across 8 different locations.

Not one single time have I had a "low resolution" issue with the printing if I've selected the "fiull resolution" option AND I uploaded a resolution that matched that of the print I'm selecting.

I have complained about color science used, paper quality, ink quality but the resolution they use on their machines match the expectation on the input everytime.

You're probably uploading low quality photos or even screenshots. You have to upload actual print resolution files. Like saving a photo from Facebook and trying to print it is NOT going to give you a good quality print. You need 300DPI resolution

I get mine from the $ store or when they have the free 4x6 I stick them on magnets with the adhesive backing.
