I wonder if I can claim this dlc even though I don't own the game on ps5, but then use it on PC since the Activision account is synced

Unfortunately you can only use the PlayStation DLC while playing on a PlayStation 4 or 5.

As a primarily PC gamer, before I let my PS+ sub expire, I used to claim these combat packs but after you claim, you need to log into your PS version of the game before it will get synced to your account and then useable on your PC game. You can do this with Warzone (free) installed on your PS. Up to you if it's worth all the hoops.

Edit: Jumped through some of those hoops to confirm and turns out I'm wrong. Not only is it only for PS versions, it's only visible by other PS players while in crossplatform play other platforms would see you in the default skin. Wild.

No, all the PS skins can only be used when playing the game on a PS console.

This pack is not cross-platform supported and may be accessible on PlayStation® only.
