At $190 plus tax, these are good value. Just got them last week. Don't forget to turn the bass setting off. It came factory default with some weird DSP engaged that produced awfully muddy bass. No need for that and it's a button on the remote to turn off.

does it produce good bass? can this connect to a computer? I'm trying to replace old but good logitech speakers that came with a big sub, would this be similar or better?

This will sound better. Not sure how to comment about the bass. I went from an old Audioengine A2 to this. Good upgrade from those. Everything sounds better as it should as these speakers are bigger.
