Used them for a call and it was so nice to not have the other person tell me they cant hear me, better yet, i could hear them perfectly. They came in a generic box with a JBL sticker/picture showing the contents and color you get. Everything was very neatly sealed/repackaged and I carefully inspected both earbuds up close. Zero sign of usage/wear/earwax etc. They look/feel brand new. Paired up automatically with my Samsung S20FE. the JBP app is very user friendly and didnt require a sign up which i appreciated. Definitely enhances the experience. For $25 it was a true slickdeal and im stoked I held out all this time and got these. Thanks!!!

Mine arrived with only the right bud working.
I downloaded the JBL headphones app and it paired with the right earbud in mono mode.
Using the app I turned the buds off (top right when paired) and put them back in the case to charge.
After a few minutes of charging, I can get sound out of both earbuds.

I will test to see if the left earbud has charging issues and consider returning them.
Once they both work, they sound great and have excellent passthrough and ANC.
The app has an EQ, ANC and passthrough level controls, seal fit test, ear canal customization for ANC and my favorite part, does not require login or an email address to work, just bluetooth access. If you have these it's worth installing the app.
