Book your first trip with Chase Travel and get rewarded. Eligible cardmembers can activate this special offer and receive:

20,000 bonus points when purchasing a hotel stay (maximum reward value) or

Worked on my Sapphire card. So basically a 40% discount on a hotel stay at the minimum. You can probably get more than $200 value from 20000 points.

Results Follow-up: I was able to register for this promo just before needing to book a 4-day hotel stay. My points did not post by 8 weeks after the stay as promised, but will post in my next statement (currently pending) which will be exactly 10 weeks and 2 days after the stay. This is surprising as Chase usually posts promos well before the quoted time. This is also after several contacts vis secure messaging to ask about the status. I was reminded of the 8 week delay after some questions about eligibility and them saying I did not register for the promo properly. I provided them a screen print of the successful registration.
