Agreed decent deal - this is one of the new sets so while you can expect it to go lower in the future, if you want it for this year I don't see it going lower.
Target also has it for same price (4 cents more at $35.99). If I didn't already have a huge backlog I'd use my target card for the extra 5% off.
Wow! what a miss with this set. No main room for the owls and no staircase for the main scene where Cho disses Harry. And where the Hell is all the Owl guano?!?! A darn shame it is.

Eh. This might be a 'good' price now, but Lego generally should cost about $0.10 per piece. This deal just brings it down to what the normal price should be.

Agreed but that's how prices work - the $.10/piece is from 5-10 years ago and lots of sets, especially licensed, aren't getting back to that.
