I wonder if they guarantee it has O2 feature. Seems more likely that's just the standard placeholder text for the product listing..

because iirc Series 9 sold after 1/18/24 do not, thus not all Series 9 have O2 capabilities in US.

$329 is still a lot as well either way, when Series 10 (albeit without O2 in US, guaranteed) is $399.

It doesn't matter if the watch has the O2 sensor. The app is no longer available for download with App Store

Must be specific to the 9, because 8's purchased new and activated in the last month still have the O2 feature working.

Just get the 45mm for this price. Yes it has Blood Oxygen but I believe Apple disabled it on the Series 9s, so it's pointless.

Those of you commenting on the blood oxygen sensor really have no idea what you're talking about. Yes, Apple disabled the sensor via software. However, those that were OK for sale still have the feature enabled. There are some retailers that still have inventory of units that had the sensor enabled and were allowed to sell them. So, no, if your watch originally had that capability, Apple did not just disable it via software. It was only for purchases after the ban went to effect. Those stores with previous inventory were allowed to sell them and retain the feature.
