Tempting deal, the new 5000 series is supposed to come out early next year and be a big jump, might hold off until then

There will always be a new card coming out with a big jump. Problem is the cost would be insane compated to this, would take years for prices to drop after it comes out. I'm sill rocking 1070ti here and can play any game I want with pretty good graphic settings enabled.. just now considering upgrading,
TLDR: A 4070ti will be good for years and years to come.

The 4070 Ti Super is a terrific card. According to the leaks, the 5080 will have 16GB VRAM, just like 4080 and this card. I think the 4070 Ti Super has the potential to last competitively a very long time.

I would assume you've never shopped for graphic cards before now then?

Good assumption. I bought my first one 10 years ago and never had to look for an upgrade until now.

PNY was a bigger name back then lol, especially with nVidia card offerings.

Haha maybe I just have a bad memory then. Anyway, I'll do some more research instead of being lazy and asking the experts here for an ez buy decision

And probably with some beefy increases to power draw. It won't just be the GPU you're buying, but possibly a PSU too.

I've seen it claimed that PNY makes all the founders edition cards for Nvidia.

PNY is also one of the only US based AiB partners left.

I believe these cards have a 3-year warranty through PNY, but I can't find anything related on the B&H product page

I've traditionally been an AMD guy throughout my life, but bought one of these a few months ago. Pretty happy with it beyond a pretty big issue of alt+tabbing with a high resolution/multiple monitor setup. Ended up buying an HDMI 2.1 cable and the issue is better but not great. Still a 5 second delay or so when I minimize games. Beyond that though, this card is an absolute beast of a card. I've really enjoyed it. At this price point with the included games, I think it's a better buy than 7900 XTX.
