Thanks OP! I just added a google voice number to my google account and ported that in. Takes no time at all. You'll need to go to GV settings and pay $3.00 to unlock the number. You'll also need to enable the "Call to Listen" setting under Voicemail which will let you set a PIN which Metro will ask for. You'll also need the google account number which is just the phone number.

Was anyone able to actually use RSim or MKSD to be able to make a call using a MINT Mobile sim card? I get "unsupported SIM" ...

The US Mobile method only costs approximately $4.48. I got two different numbers using two different email addresses and got two different phones. Chatting with US Mobile to get your account number and pin takes about a half hour give or take.

got US Mobile number but keep getting your number cannot be transfer at this time error on Metro ordering.
tried VPN, different browsers. Did I get flagged? Did order two months ago.
anyone got ideas why? TIA

What's so interesting is that so many people have issues getting that message and others like I who have ordered so many phones using so many email addresses have never have had an issue.
