I just double checked. Only ones were $4 off 2 items from Oral-B.

Same here...my offer was $4 on 2 packs, coming out to $6 net (2 x $5) minus $4 coupon.
Must me customer-specific.

The only coupon present is $4 off 2 toothbrush. So this deal doesn't work.

Some Walgreens Deals = YMMV.
If it's not working, don't bother asking why it's not working. it's just not working. Make sure all your coupon are clipped, that's pretty much all you can do about it.
