Gonna switch up Pizza Friday tonight.
While I might agree that it isn't the best in the world, I think it is wayyyy better than most fast chains.
Dough is important but cooking on that hot stone... there is just no comparing this to the electric conveyor belt high volume Dominos, Papa Johns although they have their place.
I'm a blaze fan and I'm going to enjoy it. Thanks OP, and all to all the haters, well enjoy whatever pizza you like. Not that difficult.
