You should be able to use giftcards. You just can't use them for orders with future timing, you've got to choose pickup ASAP.

Yes, I got this last time and it was pretty effortless. Ordered on the app (while signed into account) and shortly after I picked up order, the deal was loaded onto my account. I redeemed the free pizza several weeks later. no problem!

I supposedly got one but when I tried to use it, the app said it wasn't available at the location closest to me for delivery.

I placed an order yesterday and today didn't see my coupon so reached out to customer service today. They sent me this "You must also be enrolled in the Domino's Reward program to claim and use the Emergency Pizza offer. In order to receive an Emergency Pizza, you must place a qualifying order on or before October 8th, 2024. Qualifying orders must meet a $7.99 minimum for carryout orders or the delivery minimum for your local store. Future/Timed orders are not eligible to earn an Emergency Pizza. You will receive an offer to claim your Emergency Pizza after placing a qualifying online delivery or carryout order. Customers must claim this offer to receive a free Emergency Pizza. Once claimed, you have 30 days to use your Emergency Pizza offer. This is a one-time-only offer.
Upon reviewing your order on 10/9/2024, your order did not meet the requirements mentioned above."
I didn't see this anywhere on the offer page. Wrote them a response to this but seems like even they are confused at their own offer.

Mine posted right away. No issues. No idea how people have issues with a deal like this

Try talking to a different customer service person. Assuming you already had a rewards account and did not have a preset pickup time ,it says in the faq of the offer "Customers can earn their Domino's Emergency Pizza through 1/19/25."

If I have a fifty percent off coupon, can I combine That with my Order so that I can get a specialty pizza for around $8. And then the next time a free pizza, or does dominos only allow one promotion at a time.
Did you get the 50% off coupon in the mail? Also did it work?

Seems that any 7.99 buy 2 medium 2-topoing or 8.99 for 1 large 10-toppng deal
would nullify this free pizza deal - they cannot combine together.

So to me, no deal at all.

That's not quite the deal here. You can buy a large pizza (every day "sale" price) for 7.99 (at least in my area) - and with this deal you get a medium later for free. That might sound slightly worse than BOGO, but it's actually better since with BOGO deals, you usually have to pay the non-sale/coupon price (e.g. about $15 for a large in my area)
The everyday 1-topping large deal is $8.99 in my location.

But if I order it, I already cost one "coupon" - yes, it's a coupon that gave me the price.

Then I cannot combine the "Free medium pizza later" coupon any more.

Or if I stick with this "Free medium pizza later" coupon, then the $8.99 coupon would be discarded, making the pizza price go back to $19.99.

So one way or the other. No deal for me, or most SDers I guess : (

Nothing in the Terms says anything about combining offers:
Domino's Rewards members can earn a free medium 2-topping pizza when they place any Domino's online delivery order that meets their store's delivery minimum or digital carryout order ($7.99 or more). Exclusions apply. Offer must be claimed within 7 days and redeemed within 30 days at the My Deals and Rewards page in their loyalty account. Offer is nontransferable. Limit one offer per rewards member. For complete details, visit dominos.com/emergencypizza.
That being said, still waiting for my coupon after placing a $8.99 1-topping large deal yesterday...
"After placing a qualifying order online for delivery or carryout and claiming their Domino's Emergency Pizza, Domino's Rewards members will see the offer stored in "My Deals & Rewards" within 24 hours."

The FAQ says 1 emergency pizza per person but does anyone know if it refreshes per promo period? Because I claimed this last time. Unsure if it will activate for me again

You can place an order using any of those deals to qualify and earn the free pizza, as long as your order is $7.99+ and not scheduled for a future time. When redeeming, if you want more than just the free pizza, you might have to place separate orders - not a big deal unless you're doing delivery. Then again, I doubt Domino's would allow a delivery order with $0 subtotal, anyway. I always do pickup because I'm not paying an extra $10 for a driver to get lost and deliver me cold pizza 30. min. late. when I live less than 2 miles from a store.

Problem is, my local store doesn't allow gift card payment when ordering online. Have to pay when picking up. Does it tell you that you qualified at the checkout page, without paying?
I had a problem with using gift cards for online orders. Then I searched this issue online and someone had posted that you need to populate both rows with the gift card number and pin. Then it recognizes it. It seems to be some kind of online glitch.

Hmmm...probably why I didn't get mine since I placed a future order. Plenty of time to try again though. Thanks for the clarification.
