Lulu makes great products, but plain t-shirts are not their main competitive advantage. That's just my $0.02. My unpopular first comment was that the logo needed to be bigger. And I still believe it -- simple shirts should at least be marketing efforts. Not from my perspective, but the company's.
Or, to say it another way, the whole point of SD is to live wealthier than your income by paying less than others for the same stuff.

I also agree with the other comment that's basically says "Buy quality and cry once". I don't mind paying a higher price for something that lasts awhile and is durable. For shirts? Might or might not make a difference.
