Did you take a photo? This was released less than 6 weeks ago and was backordered on Lego.com as recently as this weekend. Color me very skeptical.

Never seen it at my Walmart, is it inside toys department? I visit Walmart maybe twice a year so I apologize for confusion

It's usually a whole aisle in the back of the store, in most cases, towards the garden or camping section. You can look for a larger yellow banner hanging above it that says clearance.

Not necessarily! They can be anywhere around the store and can have clearance items from multiple departments, including toys like Lego.

Thank you Bombers for the confirmation, some people on here make you sound crazy when you say you found a deal like it's impossible and grown folks lie about discounts to people they don't know for fun.

I just drove over to look for a set as I've been wanting one since release. Did not see it in either the clearance aisle or in the Lego section. Must have sold out already. Hopefully I can save someone else the drive.
