Maybe it's just me, but spring assisted sounds like a step back from a gas arm.

It might be fine if you don't move your monitor a bunch.

I am using the pixio titan.. Looks very similar to this except for the mounting screws. The pixio installs from above, single screw. That one was $110

Lol this was my thinking as well. The HX is very premium and this one is inherently in a much lower tier being spring. I have the HX and a gas arm, and the HX is far superior in terms of stability and ease of adjusting placement which I do a lot
