Worst case scenario, if there's indeed no O2 feature, you could return it within the 14 day period and specifically tell them it's due to not meeting the item description.
(Just in case, I'd take a current screenshot of the item description where it mentions the blood oxygen details)
I didn't see a model# on Target's description. Anyone know if either is a pre-lawsuit LL/A model with O2 sensor or if it's the LW/A model w/o?
I looked up the UPC of the cellular model and it looks like it might be LL/A but still unsure.
The "metrics measured" section of the description also mentions blood oxygen so I'm hoping it does but it's possible that's just copy pasted or this is a listing from before the lawsuit?

Yeah, decided to play roulette and ordered one. Too good a deal. Fortunately no need to open the box to figure out if it has the O2 sensor so shouldn't get any flack if I need to return.

I think this is the model with the O2 sensor, since it's the '23 Series 9 model. They also have '24 Series 9 model, but that would be the newer one - without it.
FYI: seems to be a limit of one per account. Ordered one for p/u. Changed mind about p/u & ordered one for shipping. I then canceled the store p/u. Minutes later Target canceled my shipping order too (purchase limit exceeded). Reordered for shipping & that order has stuck.

Great question and I'm not sure we'll know for sure until we get it but there is one piece of data that might help from the product questions page.
Q: Does this apple watch series 9 version have the Blood Oxygen sensor?

A: Hi Stark, thanks for reaching out about Apple Watch Series 9 Aluminum Case (2023). Yes, the Apple Watch Series 9 with an aluminum case has a blood oxygen sensor. The watch's sensor and app can take on-demand and background readings of blood oxygen levels day and night. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Not even comparable. The SE is a bare-bones model.
AW 9 has faster processor, larger, brighter screen, more health related sensors, bigger storage, etc., etc. At this price there is zero reason to even consider the SE. Also the AW 9 has the new sleep apnea detection only available in AW 9 and 10 and Ultra 2.
Tempting because my oldest is a 5, but there just isn't much they've actually added to these in 5 gen's that I care about. It sucks the 5 won't run ios11 but that's the only issue I've got with it.

I just upgraded from my 5 to the 9 LL/A and I love it. Better battery life and just seems smoother.

I'm upgrading from a Series 6 because its battery is dying and replacing it is $99. So I figure this future proofing is worth it.
But I agree there's not much in terms of new features compelling me.
