I'd definitely get something with 4 wheels if you're moving 300lbs. Your back will thank you
I think I had about 8 40lb bags of top soil and it wasn't too bad with this design. All depends on the operator, but I really like this cart.
My only critique would be the hole they have for wall mounting isn't very practical. I think it's about 1/4", but the way the metal of the arm bends, it keeps that hole about 2-4" away from being flush with the wall.
I ended up getting a steel retaining cable and looping it thru and hanging the cart from that.

Easier than my wheelbarrow, I can just lazily pull this thing around and not have to worry about tipping over. Good for basic home tasks.
