For those wondering, DC House and Eco worthy batteries are built by the same mother company and both are high quality. Very convenient to have a input/output USB C port to charge your gadgets but you can charge this battery with USB C as well. Albeit Slow at 60 watts but still gives you the option. Very versatile battery meant to be used outdoors so there's a degree of water resistance as well.

About this item
Long-lasting Power: A-grade cells contribute to an extended lifespan with high cycle counts and dependable work efficiency.4000+ deep cycles ensure an extended lifespan for continuous outdoor use.
High-quality Cell & 100ABMS: 100ah Trolling Lithium Battery built-in 100A BMS, with over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, over-mild short-circuit protection functions; uses automotive grade A cell, higher energy density, more stable performance, lower self-discharge rate, outdoor preferred battery.
Powerful output: With a substantial 1280Wh capacity,100ah lithium battery can power four trolling motors simultaneously for an extended duration. It supports multiple charging methods, including Type-C, charger, solar panels, diesel generators, and DC ports.
Compact & Lightweight Design: Compact dimensions and a weight of 22.9lbs make it easily portable, catering to various outdoor scenarios such as RV trips, camping adventures, and trolling motor applications.

Those folks don't know how to use LiFePo4 batteries, it's not just a giant power bank. Admittedly, the blurbs say use like a lead-acid drop-in, etc. but if you fully exhaust one of these (low voltage disconnect-LVD) the BMS won't allow a recharge until the cells get back into BMS charge range. Search 'wake up BMS LiFePo4' for examples on how to revive a LiFePo4 that has hit LVD. I bought this cheaper with a coupon on eBay, think I paid a bit over $150, and very pleased with its performance. Needs a LiFePo4 charger.

edit: Here's an example of wake-up:

This particular LiFePO4 battery has near 50% reviews with 1 or 2 stars. In addition, it got an F in Fakespot. Eco-worthy has A/B Fakespot rating and with 10% or so 1-2 star reviews. You can't blame users on this.

Sure I can...read the reviews and nearly all are recharging issues (likely after LVD triggered). Fakespot ratings odd considering BOTH brands by same manufacturer...wouldn't you agree?

They use the same cells as ECO-Worthy uses, then slap them in a different case and re-badge them a different name. This practice is very very common in the LiFeP04 battery industry. Have you noticed how many brands of LiFeP04 batteries are out there, you'll easily realize they cant all possibly manufacture their own cells. A lot of companies will actually use the same cells and case and simply slap a different sticker on it. This company actually has something different than 99% of the other companies. They likely do their own R&D to have a product this different than the industry norm. Nobody as far I know makes a product anything like this. It's nice to see something different than the cookie cutter 100ah battery. There's only so many manufacturers that produce their own actual raw battery cells. It's probably not as many as most people think simply going by the shear number of brands selling LiFePo4 batteries these days.

It's been documented for at least a year now that DCHouse and EcoWorthy are distributed in North America through Canada (made in China) via Canadian Solar, despite my stuff being shipped from a port in SoCal. There are Youtube videos of DCHouse batteries having 'EcoWorthy' typed in the printed manual/specs sheet, and I purchased Eco-Worthy bifacial panels from eBay, arrived with Canadian Solar marked on the boxes. This is indeed a 'new' set of features for a standard 100AH battery, making far more useful imho, but also leading neophytes to think of it as a power pack, rather than a standard 100AH LiFePo4 battery with just a few extra output jacks on it. You run this thing down until it kills whatever you're driving with it, and it will go into protection mode/LVD. Negative feedback suggests to me the general public is not quite ready for this unit yet, and surmise that may be why EcoWorthy hasn't branded 'its' version...DCHouse may be a feasibility test of this type of product.

edit: the Jiabaida BMS in this unit is not the latest, lacks Bluetooth, which would indeed help troubleshoot charging issues better, as well as allow for adjustment (via app access) of LVD/sleep modes, which would be ideal on this battery.

This made me think. Although it has USB C.in/out it is very limited. The latest USB C PD Standard is already up to 240 watts and its only going to get higher with time. but a 240 watt USB C PD charger could charge a 100ah battery from 0 to 100% in just under 6 hours (going by 1280wh of capacity of a 100ah battery). Not bad but this ones limited to 60 watts so quadruple or 24 hrs to charge from 0 to full the way it is. Not exactly fast but just the idea of being able to charge a 100ah LiFeP04 battery with usb is awesome. The more options to be able to charge your battery the better imo. Just imagine when USB C PD is capable of 500 or 600 watts? It'd take just over a couple hrs to charge from dead to full. That would be seriously impressive and insanely useful.

That was one of (many) use cases I was going through when I bought mine...a trail cam arrangement (Wyze via USB) while simultaneously having a portable solar panel hooked up to charge throughout sunny days. I have squirrels chewing on my siding, drip irrigation, and coax cabling, so I want to trap/kill the little vermin, but want to keep a remote eye on the trap to see when it's been set off. It's high tech versus teeth!

My use case is powering a refrigerator in an overlanding Jeep. A 100Ah battery will last 5-7 days and I can recharge while driving home. At 60W I can leave it plugged in to an always live outlet and the battery is always ready without very little effort and the I won't flatten the car battery. (You don't want to hook up a LiFePo4 directly to an alternator BTW.)

I will say that every one of the Ebay Eco-Worthy 20% coupons also worked for DC House and this was a few dollars cheaper recently.

As near as I can tell Eco-Worthy and DC House are not just similar but the same company. In all the recent sales, the Eco-Worthy coupons on Ebay worked on the DC House products and vice-versa. I have several 100Ah 12v batteries from them and they are identical in everything but label to the Eco-Worthy but typically a few dollars cheaper.

Net Eco-Worthy Ebay 20% off sale will be Nov 14-21. I would expect the DC House will get the same discount.

What would be the cheapest way to check battery level on this unit since it lacks bt? I don't have any use cases that would drain this deeply (could easily function in the 20-100% range) to avoid sleep, but don't want to totally be shooting in the dark trying to peg where the charge is.

you can get a cheap battery shunt from Amazon for as cheap as 15 bucks that'll tell you with reasonable accuracy the exact SOC or percentage left in the battery. heres one with thousands of ecellent reviews for about 15 bucks.https://www.amazon.com/bayite-6-5-100V-Display-Multimeter-Voltmeter/dp/B013PKYILS/ref=sr_1_3_sspa?cr... [amazon.com]

It will also tell you the exact cuurent you are using in real time and how much is going into the battery when its charging. Super helpful and worth every single red cent they chsarge for it. This one is exactly $15.44 shipped to your doorstep if you have Prime. after you clip the 15% off coupon on the page.

OOps. upon looking at it a second time, seems like this particular one doesn't give an exact percentage reading, but nevertheless, you get the gist and can find cheap battery shunts that will. just search for battery shunt on Amazon and you'll have a plethora of shunts to choose from ranging from 15 bucks to a few hundred bucks. Just find a cheap one that gives you what you want. A % reading. I actually think more of them do than don't. Thats why I assumed this one did when I first saw it.

Thanks a lot. I already have one of these amongst many other 100ah and 150ah batteries but that 11 dollars on top of the already good deal just pushed me over the edge for just 1 more. Besides, one can never can have too much juice for when shit hits the fan after election day. What do they say? hope for the best but be prepared for the worst, right? Speaking of Juice. just reminded me of a joke. When I fart, I'll say to whoever's around me "oh thats an electric fart" theyll say huh?,what? Then I reply "it's electric because it had juice in it" LOL
