Curious as well. Thought about buying the Govee ones last year so I wouldn't have to put up lights anymore. Companies in my area quoted me like $10k to install theirs and these seem like they'd be pretty simple to install 🤷 ♂️

This light is awesome. Got mine from TikTok shop two weeks ago for less than this price and it came with a free Eufy digital scale.

eufy e22 vs govee pro and govee elite lights - please break down the three based on specs and reviews, be detailed and ignore fake reviews.

Based on the available information, here's a detailed comparison of the eufy E22, Govee Pro, and Govee Elite permanent outdoor lights:

## Brightness and Color

**eufy E22:**
- Up to 90 lumens per light[1]
- RGB + warm white + cool white LEDs[1]
- Adjustable color temperature from 1500K to 9000K[1]
- 16 million colors with adjustable saturation[1]

**Govee Pro:**
- Up to 50 lumens per light[6]
- RGBICWW (RGB + warm white + cool white LEDs)[6]
- Adjustable color temperature from 2700K to 6500K[6]
- 16 million colors[6]

**Govee Elite:**
- 40 lumens per light[8]
- RGBICW (RGB + 2x warm white LEDs)[8]
- Warm white only, no cool white LED[8]
- 16 million colors (assumed)

The eufy E22 appears to have the highest brightness, while the Govee Pro offers more versatility in white light options. The Govee Elite falls in between in terms of brightness but lacks cool white LEDs.

## Installation and Design

**eufy E22:**
- Adhesive tape installation with screw hole reinforcement[1]
- Not cuttable or easily extendable
- White color only

**Govee Pro:**
- Cuttable and spliceable for custom lengths[6]
- VHB glue and clips for installation[6]
- Available in white and black colors[6]
- Anti-glare lens design for better triangular lighting effect[6]

**Govee Elite:**
- Not cuttable or easily spliceable[8]
- Available in white and black colors[8]
- Installation method similar to standard Govee lights

The Govee Pro offers the most flexibility for installation with its cuttable design, while the eufy E22 and Govee Elite have more limited customization options.

## Smart Features and Control

**eufy E22:**
- AI-powered lighting experience via eufy Life App[1]
- Over 80 preset lighting themes[1]
- Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant[1]
- WonderLink feature to sync with eufy cameras[1]

**Govee Pro:**
- Smart app control with 75 scene modes[7]
- Compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Matter[7]
- DIY scene creation[6]

**Govee Elite:**
- Smart app control (likely similar to other Govee models)
- Compatibility with voice assistants (assumed)

All three models offer smart control and voice assistant compatibility, with the eufy E22 having a unique camera sync feature.

## Durability and Weather Resistance

**eufy E22:**
- IP65 weatherproof rating for light strings and controllers[1]
- IP67 rating for power adapter[1]
- Operating temperature range: -4°F to 140°F[1]
- 55,000-hour lifespan[1]

**Govee Pro:**
- IP67 waterproof rating for lights and adapter[6]
- IP65 rating for control box[6]
- Operating temperature range: -4°F to 140°F[6]
- 50,000-hour lifespan[6]

**Govee Elite:**
- Likely similar weatherproofing to Govee Pro (specific details not provided)

Both eufy and Govee offer high levels of weather resistance, with slight variations in specific ratings.

## Price and Value

**eufy E22:**
- 100ft version priced at $299.99[1]

**Govee Pro:**
- 150ft version priced at $699.99[7]

**Govee Elite:**
- Priced at $400 CAD (approximately $300 USD) for 150ft at Costco[8]

The Govee Elite appears to offer a middle ground in terms of features and price between the eufy E22 and Govee Pro models.

In conclusion, the Govee Pro offers the most advanced features with cuttable design and dual white LEDs but at a higher price point. The eufy E22 provides excellent brightness and color options at a more affordable price. The Govee Elite serves as a middle-ground option, offering some advanced features without the higher cost of the Pro model.

Amazon is getting really scummy with these Prime only deals.
They raise prices steadily up to the week before Prime day. Then you need to pay for Prime to get anything decent. Really getting annoyed with their shenanigans.

These look much better than Govee. Govee 100 ft model has 50 lumens/light compare to this one has 90 lumens/light. In addition, RGBWW is always better choice given if space need to be illuminated with bright white light, Eufy light doubles as decoration and illumination. And if you also add camera, rules can be setup to change light if person detected. This is quite useful to prevent people from getting where they shouldn't be.

The Govee Pro is brighter than the Eufy. While the pro is 50 lumens per led, each puck has 5 LED's vs the Eufy which only has 1 90 lumen LED. I just installed the Pro, they look amazing.

They're more than just x-mas lights and, even if you only use them as X-mas lights, they save you a lot of time every year putting up/taking down your existing lights. Convenience does come at a cost.

Does the govee pro utilize all 6 lights in the puck when lit or just some?

If anyone else bought these, I checked the page again today and saw a $20 coupon. I contacted Eufy through Amazon and they're issuing me a $20 refund to price match.

Might not be available to everyone, but worth the click to check.

I've had the Govee light on for 3 years. I did install em myself. 120% satisfied.
