Costco has it for the same price with an extra indoor camera. Costco website doesn't even say it's a sale price. Looks like it's just the regular price?
I had a ring doorbell pro for years and I was somewhat skeptical about this doorbell. I decided to buy it and it has exceeded all my expectations. For awhile I was kicking myself for not buying it earlier... all that money wasted on a ring subscription, for an inferior product.

How was it replacing your ring doorbell? Did you just use the existing wires?
Good deal. I love everything by EUFY! The no subscription is legitimately awesome - own what you buy forever. Another place for solid deals is the eBay renewed website. New stuff for good deals - most of the time.

Good find. Costco says 30 off. so it must be on sale. I'll buy from costco and return the amazon one.
I ended up with S330 instead of this battery version due to the pre-recording ability, and Eufy stated possible HomeBase 3 compatibility at the time. Apparently it's been updated to be not compatible now… You gain some and lose some.
E340 is battery powered, but can be wired, which will allow it to have pre-recording. Not sure if you need the Homebase for this feature since I have it setup with a Homebase.

I echo this feedback almost exactly. I too moved from the Ring Doorbell Pro (Costco version) to this model and it's been flawless. The package detection works very well and I was able to reuse the holes where I mounted the ring so the swap was super easy.

Surprised people say the 1080p one is good, because mine misses stuff ALL the time. I have played with the sensitivity and settings, alert zones etc. Always missing stuff or recording way too late/too short no matter what I do. I would avoid that C210 if the E340 is as improved as I read and spend up.
I like the app, notifications etc, but missing people walking up to the door and leaving clear as day is frustrating. At one point I had nonstop false positives.

??? costco clearly indicates it's $30 off regular price, with sale dates 10/8 to 10/9 only (coinciding with amazon's sale)
but just clarifying that part, I thumbed you up for the post (thanks!)
Very tempted. When my NVR died 2 years ago, i Considered Eufy but the rechargeable version didn't cut it for me. Went Ring. Been 2 years now. Not bad. But I like the local storage route better.
I'm skeptical about how well/bad the solar is able to keep the camera up and running without fail. Thoughts?

I replaced my Nest with this and it uses the same power wires for the doorbell just fine. Keep in mind this doorbell mainly runs on battery, but the hardline hookup is just to trickle charge the battery.

LifeHackster reviewed this last year and sums up the difference nicely:
