Remember to get some silicone spoons. Do not use metal spoons with these. Eventually the coating will get destroyed if you do.
It's not just for keeping coffee warm, it's nice to have it gently heat up coffee when you go for a mid morning cup and the pot might have cooled off some or you use cold creamer and it cools down the coffee too much.
It's one of those things that sounds kinda stupid and overpriced but then you use one and you see the value.

Also note that the 10 oz. capacity is quite limited- it's not the size of a typical mug.

My Keurig as an example has 6, 8, or 10 oz. options. You have to go to a model with the option to fill a travel mug to get up to the 12 oz. typically.
