Can anyone weigh in if they have this and the S990C/D Combo? I've heard Q-Sympony is not great with these two TV's, and all have gone to just using HDMI/CEC
Waiting on Sub $1200. Can anyone weigh in if they have this and the S990C/D Combo? I've heard Q-Sympony is not great with these two TV's, and all have gone to just using HDMI/CEC
don't buy either. Had many flagships and qd Oled and q990c
u will get no post sale support or actual resolution and will be left with defective unit
q990c I had and others also had issues cracking sounds , connection to eArc and stability is not 100%
Q symphony is shit , u don't want the tv shitty speaker anyway , they will get out of sync with bar at times creating delay echo
Samsung said there is no way they add extrnddd warranty on soundbars as they know they are disposable until next model
10% discount is available for 77" too. Got the 77" for $1943 pre-tax with EPP and a trade-in.
Mine s95b. And s90C. The pixels and screen coating started to die in spots. Months of conversations and attempts for warranty ,, horrible … tech came said it's physical so warranty is denied , End of story
Start looking at ur screen closely after u purchase ,, good luck
every update is headache on Samsungs
A little tip for the Samsung EPP store. Make sure to choose a TV with Best Buy pickup!
If you do the Best Buy pickup, you can return it to Best Buy within 15 days with no 5% restocking fee.
If you have Samsung ship to you it's much worse. You have 5 days to determine if repair/replacement is needed.. but only if you haven't put in any personal data. If you set up the TV with your personal data, it's no longer returnable. If you want to return the TV after 5 days and before 15 days, you have to authorize the return with Samsung online chat and have it shipped back. They can decline your return if they find personal data, damage of any kind, etc.. They will definitely deduct 5% from your return credit for their restocking fee.
