The article sweeteners make this taste delicious and save on calories. It's a win-win for me.

I think servings count is more important. Example: nitrotech uses a lot more powder per serving. So it's 5lbs would have less servings compared to iso100 or ON

Noob here. Which of these is "the best"? I've used optimum gold whey in the past, but not in huge quantities because of gas. Would the isolate be better for controlling gas?

What a joke, isn't this the same price it already was WITHOUT Prime?

I just had 2 of these in my cart while I was waiting for a $17 one to get here so I can taste test it... Now the Prime deal is the same deal that it was before without Prime.

This sucks! I was waiting for a good deal and this is what they come up with?

Just this year I got deals in the 45~50% range. Got 10 lbs for like $60 and 5 labs for like $25.

Come on Amazon, you can do better than this.

Got the ISO100 for $47.96 with coupon and S&S back in Nov 2023. "Regular price" at the time was 79.99. Right now it shows "typical price" as 91.94.

Not the slickest of deals, in my opinion. Hopefully something better comes in the next 2 months, before I run out of protein.

Not a slick deal. The occasional ON Gold Standard 10lb for $75 ($7.50/lb) is still 25% better than this 5lb for $46 ($9.20/lb).

Yes, isolates are better for gas reduction. Try eating some carbs (a slice or two of bread) at the same time. I've noticed just liquid diet or shake only causes gas if you don't eat within about an hr.

A LOT of items are better priced the week before a Prime Day. I have 20-30 items in my save later section and it's comical how much the price is tinkered with before and during Prime Days. I'm holding out for BF since it's only 6 weeks away.

You have to do the number of servings as scoop size varies, so container weight means little here.

Still, 67 servings (vanilla) for $49, and 63 (chocolate) for $48 isnt TERRIBLE; you could do worse.

But Optimum when it goes on sale is still a better deal for the 5.64lb 80 serving bag at $50; same vanilla or chocolate. And extra 13/17 servings for basically the same price (within $1-2).

I tried the vanilla Dymatize casein (to mix with whey to cook with) and I VASTLY prefer their vanilla flavor to the Optimum, though. So that could be a factor if a few cents more a serving is worth it to you. Everyone's factors could be different.

LMAO. You need to apply so basic math skills when evaluating price of protein powders. What are you buying them primarily for? The protein content.

Look at the label and multiply number of servings times grams of protein to get total protein in the container.

Take the price 45 and divide by that.

This is 1,575 grams of protein for 45 dollars (rounded down 46 cents) on subscribe and save.

45 / 1575 = 0.0285 = 2.85 cents per gram of protein

Most whey protein powders on Amazon will be 3.5 - 6 cents per gram. Anything under 3 cents is currently a great deal.

You're an idiot if you are focusing on pounds of product.
