Solid deal, the 765CFM blower went FP at $230 with the same battery. As Stinger0 mentioned the battery sells for the same price.

Why don't these blowers ever show the miles per hour for the output? cubic feet per minute it is such a bullshit number

CFM more accurately gives you a feel for the strength of the motor/blower. The size of the nozzle is independent of this value, so you can easily compare apples to apples when looking at different leaf blower CFMs.

MPH is impacted by nozzle size. I could design a leaf blower with a tiny nozzle and produce a huge MPH rating, while CFM could actually be worse.

You've got that ass backwards. It doesn't just take velocity to move things. You also need volume. Besides, different companies would measure it differently anyway. The velocity at the nozzle would be radically different than at a meter, and companies would use smaller nozzles to inflate air speed for gullible buyers. At least with CFM, a known and common measurement for fans, you know a real stat of power irrespective of what nozzle they decide to throw on it.
