I agree. I have knee arthritis where I have to where orthotic inserts and they fit and feel better in the Adrenaline GTS 23 than they did in the Ghost 15. I ran in the Ghost 15 for 7 months. Solid runner, but then I got the Adrenaline GTS 23 and the comfort was just better for me.

Did you size up to fit the insert into your Adrenaline GTS 23? Picked one up myself (shipping Friday) and I'm excited for it.

It's complicated Sam. But yes, these Ghost 15's helped tremendously, but I also incorporated some foot massage & dorsiflexion sit (see Chase Mountains YouTube channel). This guy is the real thing, not some hack PT, but somebody that figures out things, plus does serious hiking.
