I own the Redshift seat post. It's great for my commuter ebike with no suspension. Smooths out the ride a noticeable amount.

I have the suspension stem and it is awesome. I can now do multiple hour gravel rides and not feel like my upper body is completely worn out.

I like the stem more than the seat post but both work as they are supposed to.

A few Black Fridays ago, picked up the suspension seat post. After installing it, I was amazed at how much it helped absorb road bumps, so I no longer need to stand as much while riding when approaching what would've been an obvious shockwave to the body. Soon after, I upgraded to a suspension stem, which has completely eliminated numbness in my hands. These small upgrades have made riding so much more comfortable and enjoyable, allowing me to ride for longer periods without getting beat up by rough surfaces. Vidoes of the pedals look amazing, however, at 1.8lbs a much lighter strobe might serve me better.

I have both spring and elastomer type suspension seat posts. The elastomer ones are much stabler when you are pedaling, but don't absorb as much impact. I use an ebike so I have switched to using the spring one since I end up going over bumps at pretty high speeds. For a normal biking you might be annoyed by how much you move up and down while pedaling with a spring type.

I really like the 70mm stem. It's a new design that can only be run angled up, but because of this it does not have any upward movement when pulling on it for heavy efforts.

My current gravel bike has a 100mm stem with a 6 degree rise. It is difficult to fully reach the hoods (my seat is all the way forward too). I'm new to drop bars so I'm not sure if I should go with Redshift stem suspension in the 80mm with 6 degree rise or the 80mm with the 30 degree rise.

Would this be suitable on a Yamaha CrossCore RC?

Do you have a large seat to hood drop? If not, the 30 degree rise won't help much but the lower length will. If you are comfortable behind the hoods or on the flat bar, those are both already lower than the hoods, so just pick up a shorter stem.

Yes, but some bikes have built in suspension in their dropper post. It might be good to check first if you have a dropper post.

Can anyone comment on the brightness of the tail light? I lost the cygolite i had on my daughters bike but loved how bright that little hotshot got.
