This is an awesome cable. It is big, not thin at all. It solved my charging issues. The thick cable created an in & out issue, but this cable got rid of that issue immediately.

I've had decent experiences with Cable Matters as well, but that doesn't mean that every product that they make is a winner. The top rated positive review was clearly paid for, and several of the negative reviews are concerning. Weird that people get offended by an objective statement to exercise caution.

If your device is USB 2.0 it won't matter. All USB-C compliant cables must do USB 2.0 / 480 Mbps.

USB 3.x Type-C cables are much more expensive, and USB4 speed cables even more so.
