My experience is you should get a chair that's a little uncomfortable with massage strength because as you get used to it over a couple of months, you'll want to bump up the strength anyway. If you get a chair that feels light and perfect immediately, it's going to feel like nothing in a couple of months.
I suspect you'll find this chair will be plenty strong with room to go stronger...

The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.
White Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered into your destination and assembled together. White glove delivery need to add about 1-2 weeks to the standard lead-time of delivery. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. [EXTRA COST]
All White Glove Services is a onetime service that is non-refundable nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off for completion of service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off the completion of service.
Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes). Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product. If there is no price, you can call to get a quote (this is especially prevalent for the higher weight items).

Driver struggled a bit getting it over the driveway steep grade (electric pallet jack), but Saia delivers inside the front door. We removed it from the pallet so it separates into two boxes. One about 200 pounds, and the other 50 pounds (Legs weigh in around 44 lb out of box. Just the driver so he was very helpful and we both grabbed a side and got it through the front door way.
About 15 minutes to assemble which naturally 2/3 of that is dealing with packaging. Very simple. Three connectors, mount the feet on two rods. Then attach clips to the end of both rods. Zip up leg section.
White glove would be useful for second story homes. The chair itself has wheels on the back to move it around easily.
Very impressed for the value. Tried a couple massage chairs over the last year with gimmicky air bag effects on the arms/legs. I don't get any of that with this particular chair. This is very well manufactured and a quality chair for the price.
