I just bought this from Costco C3000 (80518L-ISE)[costco.com]. Looks very similar. Not sure of the difference actually. Costco was $159 and pics looks like it comes with a cord.

Costco's C3000 is lower end than the 3/4 HP for this deal, the comparable model from costco would be C5000 for the 3/4 HP and C7000 for the 1 HP model. However, the costco ones does come with the gasket and power cord.
I just bought and installed C5000 from Costco for $200. It looks 3/4 hp version of Amazon looks the same. Costco's version came with power cord.
I have some doubts if Costco's C5000 is exactly the same as the 3/4 hp version from Amazon because the 3/4 hp version from Amazon has fins at the lower part of the disposal, just like the 1 hp version, but the C5000 doesn't. Also, the C5000 comes with 8 years warranty but the 3/4 hp version comes with 9 years warranty. These differences might not be significant but they do confuse me.

From what I can tell, the amazon one has a different exterior design and comes with 1 more year of warranty. However, the costco one comes with the rubber gasket for the sink connection and also the power cable and is cheaper, so I would suggest going with the costco one.
