LA Fitness - Best pricing (waived annual fee) for Single gym membership with guest pass?

Hi,
Im looking for the best deal possible to take a membership at my local LA fitness gym.
Currently they offer:
$59 Annual Fee
$39.99 per month (nation wide access)
$29.99 per month (single gym)
$0 initiation fee
Is any one aware of a promo where I can get same single gym pricing but without the annual fee or initiation fee?
