Do these really have all smart data reset? The 12tb hgst's still have accurate power on hours, etc which is nice to have.

This is just the current regular price for this drive. When the OP says this is just $5 more than when the deal popped up last, that deal was for ST18000NT001 version, which was on sale for $155 and is typically $190. This is for ST18000NE000 version, which is typically $160. Even though both versions look similar at being Seagate IronWolf Pro 18TB drives, the previous is rated for double the MTBF hours as this one.

So no, this is not just $5 more than when the deal popped up last.
