miyoko's liquid plant base mozzarella requires 500° to melt into cheese and whatnot.
that's just what I use, although I encountered similar high temperatures and higher for my friends recipes who use actual ovens & real milk cheese for this sort of thing.
anyway, I'm getting the impression this is just a rotating reheat gimmick type of deal for those Frozen partially cooked pizzas.
I tried buying one for my girlfriend a couple of years back, and although this particular model wasn't among the ones I was looking at, several of them had warnings at the meat should be fully cooked before putting it on the pizza the machine was cooking--kind of like they weren't reaching safe meat temperatures consistently and the companies were afraid of being sued.
