12700K + B760M+ 16GB DDR4 for $260 keeps coming back at NE, I think it's bound to happen more especially after Ultra 200 release, probably going to be the de facto "MSRP" before 12th gen run out of stock.
7800XT is $430 which offers equivalent -ish performance at lower power draw and more VRAM
H5 Flow is $60 and RM750x Shift/TT GF3 750 is $80
$30 get you an ID-Cooling A620 Pro SE
$60 1TB M.2
For $90 more you can get yourself a brand new build with quality parts and legit warranties. Also 2 games which may be worth something to someone, especially Space Marine 2 is a legit game.
