Since Pumpkin Spice is actually my least favorite flavor, I called and asked about getting 2 replacement boxes, and just having them shipped out with all of the others. After lots of time being on hold, they came back and said that the whole shipment was a sealed package of all of the different flavors, so unfortunately they could not do a replacement.
Then I realized that this was utter crap - if the whole package is sealed, and they just send it out as is, then how were they missing the pumpkin spice???? I explained this to the rep, and he didn't seem to understand the logic....
