As for the fit, ymmv on this. For reference I have small ears and almost always need to use the smallest silicone tips. The galaxy buds feel less secure, but are much more comfortable long term. I wouldn't try much more than a brisk walk with them, definitely didn't work for the gym. On the other hand, the Anker buds feel secure as hell. I can do jumping jacks with these in.But the hard plastic bud shape isn't great and after a few hours my ears ache. But again, I have small ears. Most people are probably fine.
Oh last but not least, the Samsung buds app sucks. It needs all kinds of permissions to set them up and then if you remove those permissions after, it won't work. No idea why my buds need access to my calendar if I have Bixby turned off. Only comes with 5 different EQ settings and you can't customize them. Anker app is miles better. Don't even need to make an account and it'll still walk you through setting up a personalized EQ if you want. There's also 22 different EQ presets or a fully custom one if you want. Also Anker HiFi codec is a universal codec. The Samsung codec is proprietary so if you don't have a Samsung phone, you won't get high quality Bluetooth.
Sorry that got a lot longer than I anticipated. If you have any questions about either of them, lemme know
