Pretty good TV show but it might contain too much debauchery for some people..
People associated with other Sabrina shows thought it was extreme and inappropriate.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

The first season of this show was really good. Very dark. Then it just became your typical teen drama.

What are these other Sabrina shows? I remember the campy live action TV show and the cartoon one. Were there more or is this the third darker iteration?

This is one of the biggest disappointments in recent history, FOR ME.

I read the comics and LOVED those, and then this......this was just not it.

In fact, I'm re-reading the comics right now.

I watched the first episode yesterday on Netflix. Ross Lynch is the only person I recognized in it. This "family" keeps saying they must do the will of "dark lord" with no explanation why. Apparently Sabrina doesn't question serving Satan, only leaving her boyfriend and friends behind. Strange logic.

One episode wasn't enough for me to tell if I'd like it. I strongly disliked the blur lens/filter on the edges. Did anyone who made this series address what the point of blurring the edges was? Is the entire series a dream sequence?

I still briefly considered buying it on Vudu until I found out Vudu has 2.0 sound while iTunes has 5.1 and Netflix has 4K/Dolby Vision/5.1. I decided to wait.
