Maybe if this was under $1k and you were considering it vs a portable gas generator it might be an option worth considering but not seeing the value here

The real down side to these is that each only takes in 1600w, 3200w total. Hopefully your AC wont run all day, but solar would barely keep a mini split topped off during the day. I guess im saying a 12k dedicated solar main panel is like 2000$ and will accept 12000w solar. No batteries in that price, but its the better way to go for off grid. Ecoflows are more camping and RV setups

Re: gas generators, NG whole home generators - really different kinds of tools. Those will have lower upfront cost relative to capacity, and higher maintenance and fueling cost - for use only in emergencies.
The Delta Pros with solar can be used every day, for peak shaving or just taking certain loads off-grid - emergency or not.
