I just bought it for $1,050 from Amazon.
I think I will keep the Amazon unit as I have the flexibilty to return it if the price drops more in next 30 days.
This is the low since then and hasn't been this price for a while.

Some people claim to have had a great experience with Accessories4Less.... More power to them !!!
I bought from them before and the item was described as Pioneer factory refurbished but they sent me something that I could have gotten at a pawnshop, scuffed and heavily used.
I had to file a complaint with PP to get a refund.
I've been debating between Denon 3800 and the Pioneer 505.
However, they're a bit overkill for my needs.
I'm looking for a good receiver with 5.1 and 8K support. A good DAC would also be nice.
Does the Denon 2800 come close? Or stick with the original 2 options.
*sorry no device that mere mortals can possess can do 8k

I vote the 505.
