Pros:
-Booming Bass if you eq, great sounds, not an audiophile, but I do make music and I will have to say I enjoy the sound this headphone has to offer. I can flat the audio to match my professional recording headphones Audio Technica ATH-M50X
-EQ software you download to update this is not bloatware surprisingly and fairly easy to understand.
-Fits my fat head
-Split audio with Discord and game/desktop volume; one of the best and only feature that saves this headphone.
-Wireless, can be charged and used if low battery, a better improvement from the JBL 600 (I also own this one)
-Pretty good battery life, @100% it will last me about a week, about 4 hours-6 hours of use a day, 8+hours on the weekends at times.
Cons: see blow for more details
-Random 0% volume
-Random Shutdown if you have auto shut down on
-Support non-existence
-Weak Mic (have to use voice mod to boost volume, same with HyperX, razr, Corsair headphones)
So when you have Auto Shutdown on, it just counts from the minute you start up the headphones. It doesn't matter if you are in mid game, or talking, it will shutdown in X-minutes or hours that you set the auto shut down. There is no detection that if there is input or output audio, for the headphones to remain on, but that isn't how it works with this headphone. To remedy this I have the headphone set on "never shutdown". The random 0% volume cannot be remedy at all but it has been reduced since a few patches ago. I experience this once every 3-6 months now; before it was once or twice a month. Support = generic answers; you are better off just google searching than to reach out to support. Mic is weak, and out of the 500 pile of junk headphones that are less than 60 bucks, my Reddragon and Sades have the best mic volume. HyperX, Krakens, Corsair all suffer from low mic pick up. You have to shove the mic down the throat to hear anything.
I do have a love-hate relationship with this headphone. What I do love about this that I can split the audio from my discord chat to my in game volume. The build quality is pretty good as well. I dropped this thing about 6 times in the 2 years of ownership and it hasn't died.
