Why not get these two for better material and reputable brands? $39.99 is overpriced not even to mention the $135 MSRP

Whatsamatter, don't feel like your post is getting enough traction so you needed to come thread crap here?

25% off, with a verified(thanks Dealer_Of_Slickness) hassle-free manufacturer's lifetime warranty, is a deal. Not some sketchy site selling discontinued Kiser knives with an over inflated MSRP. Harbor Freight has over 1500 stores so if you do break the Icon knife chances are excellent that it can be replaced today. No mailing it to where ever and waiting weeks to get it back.

Sounds like some of you folks are just mad that I was able to get a brand new replacement with zero hassle. If it was a problem, they would have said no. There is no wording like that on the product page, so I'm not sure what you're quoting. This is what it says: Like all ICON™ hand tools, this pocket knife is backed by a hassle-free manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

Sorry you're upset that it worked out for me.
Read the product page. What I quoted is from the warranty information. Their hassle-free warranty is for defects, not dulling it.

I'm not mad nor upset, just disappointed that in our society there are people who have no qualms about pulling that kind of shit.

The comment section of knife deals reminds me of the angry Carl's Junior star in Idiocracy. I'm sure if we work harder though downvotes can break the 95% barrier and reach at least 98%, and more comments can be turned off due to votes of being not helpful. There can be at least two factions, not just individuals doing that to each others posts. Monday Night Rehabilitation!

I'm a knife guy. Always carry something and had to try this when it first came out. Lots of quality bits to enjoy here, but I'll mention the one thing that I don't like and that is the lack of a thumb stud. You can not open this knife without using the flipper. I never noticed it until I hurt my fingers and had trouble flipping it. Then I found out. errrr But, at this price it is a good deal. Not a Ozark Trail kind of deal, but at least you can find it in stock!

Doesn't hold edge = detect = lifetime warranty = customer satisfaction. Up to store to deny not slickdeals users. Lifetime warranty...if company states it, honor it. Otherwise, put 30, 60, 90 days, etc. Its like buying extended warranty and never use it. Smart customer takes advantage of lifetime warranties. Dont hate the player hate the game!
Lifetime warranty is not the same as lifetime satisfaction.

Knife with D2 blade and G10 handle is probably worth $20 or so. Not much of a deal here.
