Also, if you have an athletic build and really beat up your clothes, most of the discounted or other athliesure stuff doesn't fit as well as the Lulu or high end Nike stuff (which is in the same price range as Lululemon anyway, so at that point it's not a cost issue).
I've owned similar shirts or shorts from 32 degrees, Nike, Reebok, Gildan, Vuori and Lululemon. I just wash and dry them with All my other clothes. All are similar initially, but only the Lululemon still look, feel, and have the same stretch as new. The Lululemon sportswear also seems to stink less, comparable with my smart wool shirts despite being plastic.
It's not all brand. If you want a few nice pieces that will last a while and still look new, or you have an athletic build and don't enjoy all the these new cuts with tight arms and baggy stomachs that have suddenly become popular on the mass market, this is a fantastic brand that will consistently fit and last.
