Yeah CAS and timing are pretty low, I have some 2 x 16gb oc ram that has 34cl at 4800mhz and they were like 90$ a year ago, 40-40-40 for 64gb ram is a pretty good deal although like a lot of RAM some arrive as duds. I would have bought this instead at this price.

i don't know the prices of gddr6/x vram prices, but i believe gddr6x is in short supply, enough to where ngreedia decided to make a 4070 gddr6 version to sell their crap
i see an article from around jun 10 2023 that says 8gb of gddr6 costed 25
but, apparently for ngreedia, it costs much more...

i just want a decently priced 32gb kit, if only it was like 50-60% of this price... i can't even find it for that much on second hand markets
although on this newegg listing, the 32gb variant is 71.99... about 63% of the cost of the 64gb kit... hmm...

As you may already know, the only solution is stop buying overpriced Nvidia products, remember when RTX 3090 was released on 2022 for $1999? Yes that's ridiculous, but people keep buying, now it seems some are learning, let them sink and we all going to see better prices.

RTX 3090 was MSRP $1499 when it released in 2020, and the 4090 MSRP was $1599 when it released in 2022. Still high as heck but a pretty far cry from $1999.

The 96GB SODIMMs are on sale too it seems (for 4800 MT/s and 5600 MT/s). That's $45 less than what I paid for the 5600 one back in April, so I'd bite if you need that much memory for a homelab or something (my use case).
