Just a FYI: Crunchyroll is subject to licensing woes like any other streaming platform which means some series/seasons won't be available on that platform until much later if at all. If you're not an avid anime watcher, this may man nothing to you.

If you already have a Netflix subscription, you'd be surprised how many anime shows are available by just using a VPN to switch to another region.

Stick your request into chatgpt and it'll spit out suggestions if you got data like that.

Based on your favorites, here are some anime recommendations that might resonate with you:
Psychological/Thriller Anime

Steins;Gate
A gripping sci-fi thriller about time travel, filled with suspense and complex characters.
Monster
A psychological thriller that follows a doctor as he hunts down a former patient who has turned into a serial killer.
Paranoia Agent
An intriguing series that explores the psychological impact of societal pressures through interconnected stories.
Action/Adventure with a Twist

Code Geass
A blend of mecha, strategy, and moral dilemmas, following a high school student who gains the power to command anyone to do as he wishes.
Danganronpa: The Animation
Based on the video game series, it features a mix of murder mystery and psychological battles among high school students.
Supernatural/Action

Akame ga Kill!
A dark fantasy series with strong themes of rebellion and justice, featuring a group of assassins fighting against a corrupt empire.
Tokyo Ghoul
This series delves into the life of a college student who becomes a half-ghoul, struggling to fit into a world where he must hide his true nature.
Comedy/Action with a Family Element

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War
A hilarious romantic comedy about two student council members who engage in a battle of wits to get the other to confess their love.
Mob Psycho 100
A unique blend of action and comedy focusing on a young psychic trying to navigate life and his powers while dealing with quirky characters.
Supernatural/Drama

The Promised Neverland
A suspenseful tale about orphans who discover a dark secret about their home and plot to escape, filled with twists and psychological tension.
Sci-Fi/Fantasy

Re
- Starting Life in Another World
A gripping story with time loops and dark fantasy elements as the protagonist faces life-and-death challenges.
These series should offer a good mix of psychological tension, action, and engaging storytelling, keeping you entertained without the burnout from Dragon Ball. Enjoy!

Please give me recommendations based on some of my favorites: Psycho-pass, Spy x Family, Parasyte, Death Note, Pantheon. I like Dragonball, but I'm burnt out on it so not really looking for that.
I haven't seen most of these, so I can't recommend based on your tastes, but I'd highly recommend Steins;Gate, Initial D, Hunter x Hunter, My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, and One Piece (Although One Piece starts off a little childish IMHO and slowly builds better and better as characters and worlds are expanded over it's 1,100 episodes.)

Attack on Titan (should be the first thing you watch if you haven't seen it)
Jujutsu Kaisen
Demon Slayer
Jobless Reincarnation
One Punch Man
Blue Lock (if you like soccer/football)
Dr. Stone (if you like science)

All of these have great dubs too

What's it say? It's probably a pending charge that will fall off in a few days to make sure your account is in good standing so they can charge you after 60d.

Might just be a coincidence. Stolen card info sometimes gets sat on for a while. The website's (crunchyroll.com) security certificate appears to be valid meaning the content shared between your browser and the website encrypted from 3rd party eavesdropping. To get that compromised and traffic redirected is normally no small feat.

Sorry to hear your card info might have gotten stolen.

For anyone concerned, here's a different link that looks to be the same page with different referral codes:

Anyways created a new account, paid with my Chase Sapphire Reserve (using country as India in payment form, but entering home address and zip), and got 1 year for $12. Been using it for a few weeks now. I think it's important to use a good travel card like the CSR/Amex/ Venture X because your bank might auto deny an international charge from India.

I'm also doing this for YouTube Premium and Netflix Big Grin Big Grin

Although I think for the other two you need a mobile phone number to confirm country.
how much is Netflix INdia?

I learned of this deal through an email from PlayStation with the subject "Dig into endless anime with 60 days of Crunchyroll Premium". I actually received two emails for two different PlayStation accounts, but in both cases the link provided resulted in an error when I tried to sign-up. Luckily, I searched SlickDeals, thinking someone might have a workaround and I found this thread with a working link. Thank you, OP!

Yes. During the cancellation it said this:
"Premium Membership features will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that time, your Premium Membership will be downgraded to a Free Membership."
Then at the end after answering some questions about why I wanted to cancel and where I would be getting my anime fix I got this confirming message:
"The subscription was canceled and will not auto renew, but you still have premium access until December 20, 2024."
The link to cancel is found here: https://www.crunchyroll.com/account/membership

Odd, can't click on cancel button. F12 developer mode shows

Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined
at identify (cancel_membership?sku=cr_fan_pack.1_month:950:18)
at cancel_membership?sku=cr_fan_pack.1_month:1068:9

seems something's up.
They have a UI bug, it is preventing cancellation. Not cool Tried it in incognito.

$6 for the standard plan (no ads). $2.50 for the basic plan (720p res)

Netflix is impossible to get in India unless you have an Indian payment method. I tried when I was in India and it would not accept my payment for the life of me even though I had an Indian phone number at the time.

Try making a new account and use a travel card.

They wouldn't take any of my cards, but then I realized they can probably figure out I created my 1st account in the US and paid with a US card originally.

you successfully paying for monthly netflix, at India prices?.... you had to sign up using a vpn set to india... and also log into your netlfix account using vpn set for India? Isn't the default lang in the Netflix app not english until you maybe change it to ENlgish?
