Why? The real Nintendo didn't even cost that much and you were able to play video games on it after blowing on the cartridge.

Maybe you haven't considered that this has a secret warp zone design element that is easily worth $500 on its own. Seriously, though, this is a very well designed set.

I want that Hogwarts Express, but gonna hold out in hopes of another BF drop to $300 like last year. That was a banging deal I barely missed out on.

I purchased this set off a local seller on fb marketplace for $60 (!!). It is an awesome set for anyone on the fence and if i had to vbuy this for $215 I think I would just for fun fsctor and nostalgia (as an 80s kid). If you have the little Bluetooth Mario figure (from the other sets) it interacts with this set for sound effects etc. Great fun even for my kids who think everything from the 80s sucked. Lol

NES set: On top of the double Lego Insiders points currently offered (worth around $20), I was also given 3 free Lego gifts that are currently being offered with that purchase (Kiki's Coconut Attack V39; Steve and Baby Panda V39; Bakery collectible)

This stupid thing is always catching my eye at Target and for about 2.5 seconds I think they've re-released the NES. Every. Time. Smilie

I just checked an inflation calculator for how much my $129 NES (Christmas '87) would be today...$352.

So basically an Xbox Series S, which I just bought for my 14yo.
